The pesticides we choose have low odor, are safe for human and pets. Also because the unique spray method we used, it will not stain the furniture or carpet. And most importantly of all, it is highly effective in eliminating the nasty pests.
We will explain to you about safety before and after the pest control, and give you a written document regarding the safety awareness and warrantee.

Residential Pest
Control
We offer Half Year Service Warrantee for most residential pest
treatments.Normally, the pest will stay a way from you for almost a year.
Most of our customers will happy to do the pest treatment once a year.
Average 3 bedrooms house will only cost you $120.00-$150.00 for flea,
flies and spider control. Cockroaches control will be $100.00. For cockroaches
control, some times we can only give a services warrantee after second
visit and the second visit should be within a month after first visit.
Commercial Pest
Control
We have different program for commercial pest control. The choice
of the program depends on the differing conditions and we will give you
the best advice after inspection.The price will start from $120.00.
What you need to do before pest spray is to make the site clean. If you are asking for a flea treatment, it will be better have the carpet steam cleaning first. At least, you need to vacuum clean the floor. Remember, after the flea spray, you should not vacuum the floor for a week and should not clean the carpet for half year. If you are asking for flies spray, you will hope the pesticides stay in the walls, ceiling as long as they can, so it can keep the flies away. So please clean the ceiling, the walls and windows before the treatment. We can give you the cleaning hints, and we also provide cleaning services for your convenience.
Before the spray treatment, you will be asked to leave the premises for at least four hours. Therefore you need to prepare yourself before we start.
